I took today off. I am slightly burnt out from exercising 40-60 minutes almost every day, eating well and then after two weeks of this--not to mention two weeks of no drinks containing any calories (sob for chocolate milk and pepsi) I have only lost 1 pound. I don't even think that counts as weight loss. Big Bleh. I'm starting over tomorrow since I spent today in mourning (I ate well, but in protest at not losing much weight I'm not writing it down, so there!).

you're making healthier choices for your body. but if i'm trying to lose *weight* that is the last thing i want to hear.... oh, i'm eating healthier? Fantastic. Thanks a lot. ;)

You're doing great. Your points look good. I'm sorry you had a frustrating week. Are you weighing in at the same time of the day? What about clothes? (I prefer to, um, keep it REAL.) I would imagine you'll have a great loss the next week's weigh-in. Hang in there.
