Friday

no exercise--I'm feeling the burn still after my freezing cold walk around the blocks thursday!

Breakfast:
Cheerios and Milk 4 points

Lunch:
Chick Fil A Kids Meal 14 pts

Dinner:
Pot Roast with Carrots and Taters: 14

I don't see any snacks listed ! You are doing GREAT! There's always Monday to get going on the exercise again....not to mention chasing TWO toddlers on saturday :o) love u - madre xox
