Thursday

Exercise:
none--sick as a dog, laying on the couch all day. bleh. (i missedddddddddddd my walk with janet!)

breakfast
cheerios/milk 3 pts

lunch
tomato soup with red. fat crackers 6
fruit roll up

dinner
chicken 5
1/2 c rice 2
2 table gravy 1
1/2 stuffing 4
fruit roll up (not enough calories to fine a point value so we'll just combine the two i ate and call it 1 pt)
