Here's how I'm coming along:
Bible Reading: every single day thanks to the junior church challenge! yay me!
Prayer life: much better, more frequent. it's a good thing
Exercise: nearly every day--at least 2 miles if not more (i exercised a lot this weekend but didn't find time to post about everything)
Diet: staying at or "near" points allowance for the day. i def. could be more disciplined in this but i'm working on it. i still refuse to go near a scale. maybe in a few years i'll get the courage the go back. =)

Yea for you!! You are much more disciplined then me!! You are definitely a PRO walker!! Great job with the bible and prayer. This is something I still need to work on!!
It's ok to modify your diet on occasion! You are probably still eating healthier than before which is a good thing!!
It's ok with the scale!! Some people don't beleave in them. They can be deceiving. You can be losing fat but gaining muscle. This may show on the scale as weight gain when in fact it is just muscle gain: muscle weighs more than fat!! It can make you discouraged if you just go bythe scale. It's HOW your clothes fit!!
