Exercise:
45 min. Richard Simmons/DDR w/Mario

Breakfast:
Blackberries (4)
Strawberries (3)
1/4 c. milk
1 c Cheerios

Lunch:
1/2 Baked Potato
2 Onion Rings
4 oz Steak

Dinner:
2/3 C Spaghetti
Chicken
Spinach/Carrots

Water: 30 Ou.
