Thursday

Exercise:
30 minutes Dance Dance with Mario
30 minutes Dancing to the Oldies with my main squeeze Richard Simmons <3

Breakfast:
English muffin with 1 tsp p. butter and 1 tsp jam

Lunch:
2/3 cup tomato soup
1/2 cup milk
6 crackers

Dinner:
1/2 cup rice
green peppers, onion, garlic and lean beef stir fry with a dab of olive oil

Desert: 1 inch square (cube) piece of delicous coffee cake

Water: 50 ounces
1 Diet Coke
1 Glass of No Calorie Lemonade

Note to self:
time to buy more good food for my meals!! we got more veggies so that is a step in the right direction!
