Thursday

Exercise--
Freezing cold power walk to church and back--about 1.5 miles. I even broke my own record of 30 seconds of jogging and jogged for 1 minute. yay!

Breakfast
eng muff with pb and j 4

Lunch
i have no idea what i ate for lunch....hmm.....

Dinner
Meatloaf 10
Baked Potato 3

Low fat ice cream
