Lunch:

pot pie 11 pts (yikes--should have looked this up before i ate it!)



Dinner
Chicken 6 pts
potatos 4 pts

Snack

w.w. ice cream 2 pts

cheese stick 3 pts

graham crackers 3 pts

i didn't keep track but i drank a lot

Note to self: getting up at 4:30 makes it much more difficult to eat less AND it's a good idea to look up a food's point value BEFORE you eat it...duh...

You're doing great with points! You need those extra for Maeve. :) Are you doing meetings are doing it on your own?

Either way it's going to pay off great.

i'm doing it on my own--i looked up meetings and it turns out the church across the street has them on weds. HOWEVER it's like $15 a pop and i don't have that kind of money!

If it makes you feel better I went to that meeting (by your apt) and the leader was a dud. ;)

I think you're doing great on your own. I'll be your "group" and you can show up whenever in your pjs.
