Wednesday

Exercise:



1 mile walk at park pushing huge-wind resistent stroller



45 minutes of dancing with my mario



Breakfast:



English muffin with 1 tsp p. butter and 1 tsp jam



Lunch:



1/2 cup spaghetti

2 tablsp. sauce

1 slice bread



Dinner:



Side salad, no dressing from Applebees--YAY!

1/2 Chicken Fajita Roll Up (so yummy with peppers, lettuce, chicken, tomatos and cheese)



Water: 40 Ounces



Snack:

one inch square of really good dark chocolate--it's not a crime =-)
