Alright, so I'm writing again. I took this weekend off because I figured it wouldn't do anyone any good to know that I was a bit indulgent this weekent. It was my birthday and so I celebrated with 3 days of chocolate pie for breakfast and my favorite chinese food. I did however, exercise most of those days so I don't feel too terribly guilty about it! I'll be back to writing today though =-)
p.s. Since the scale so bitterly disappointed me the first time I used it I am not going to use it for a while. I"m going to keep exercising and get back to it when I'm emotionally strong enough, ha!

The only thing that my scale has been telling me is that I am not making any progress in the weight loss department. I have heard it is good to weigh only once a week....You are doing GREAT in your exercise. Keep up the good work! love u - madre xoxox
