Monday and a tasty treat

Monday:
Exercise--2 miles with janet--woot!
1.5 miles with the babies and the husband! double woot!

Breakfast:
raisin bran 1 c 3 pts
milk 1/2 cup 2 pts

Lunch:
1 tsp olive oil 1 pt
3 o. chicken 3 pts
1 c peppers 0
onion 0
corn on the cob with 1 tsp butter 3 pts

dinner
breaded baked pork loin 8 pts
taters 6 pts

ice cream cone from mc d's 3 points

29/36 points
water 48 ou.



And now, for the good news!
Apparently, with my point allowance for each day I can eat 12 of these Mc Donald cones a day! Mm....I think that's my new diet plan...
