Thursday

Exercise:
1 hour of walking (yay!)
Breakfast:
Raisin bran with skim milk 4 pts
Lunch:
Pork Loin with 1 cup peppers/onions
olive oil
1 slice lite bread with a smear of butter/pbutter
10 pts

Snack:

1 bite pizza and 3 pretzels--let's just call this 1 pt

Dinner:
Chicken/potato bake 7 pts
Ice Cream 3 pts
