Exercise: Let's call it a mile with the J.P.'s (and seriously, again I ask, how in the world can it be uphill BOTH ways?!?!)
and
Let's call it another mile walking to church and back to see Daddy

Breakfast:
raisin bran with milk 5 pts

Lunch:
1 c peppers/onions
3 o pork loin
1 tsp olive oil
bread with smidge butter/pbutter

7 pts

Dinner
Pasta Bake--deliciouso rec. from weight watchers 12 pts (for 2 servings)

24/36 points...i think that calls for desert....

Water: 24 ounces 3 times....um, anyone have a calculator?
