So delish but you gotta get the kind from Whole Foods or Trader Joes so that it won't have high fructrose corn syrup as one of the ingredients. I started making my own cranberry sauce a couple years ago too and everyone loves it. I get a bag of cranberries (fresh used) and put in a pot with some orange zest, some orange juice and with or without some cut up pears. Don't add water and just the juice of the cranberries cooking low will create liquid to cook. You'll hear them start to pop and bubble and cook until they are soft and tender and once you cool and put in the fridge it naturally gets gelatinized (is that a word?). :) If you like the solid sauce then you have to strain it and then it'll look like the can photo you just posted. LOL
