* i like living by all the pretty (rich people) houses---feels more like a "tour of homes" than exercise
* you can tell it's summer when it's *stick* and hott out at 7 a.m.
* hazard of early morning *slow* jogging *fast-ish* walking--sprinkler systems--
*slippery when wet*
* i missed exercising by myself
* i forgot how EASY it is to walk when NOT pushing a double stroller
* my toe hurts
* i almost went to Catholic mass this morning--they have the right idea--church at 7 is a good thing--what's the deal with all the lazy Baptists in the world who don't start church until 11?
* i want an eccentric old lady porch someday (you know the kind--too many hanging baskets, tables and chairs, weird antiques, etc)

Sounds like a soulful experience!! I am so used to walking with a stroller I feel *NAKED* without!!
We used to have one of those porches sans the hanging baskets and antiques...just a couple chairs is all!! It's what WE miss the most about that house!! (ALOT!! esp. coffee out there on a summer morn!!)

oh and hey if ya ever want some company on one of those early morning 'alone' walks...I'd LOVE to join ya!! It would be WONDERFUL to walk w/o the stroller and the toddler, ya know like a real 'one' person and enjoy another grown-up's company!!!
I think "early church" is the best. We are quite happy with our Wesleyan 8:45 a.m.!
As far as walking by oneself....it takes on a whole different meaning when one is almost always by themself :o(
