Have you ever known a Christian who believes that God created the earth through the process of evolution?
I'm not sure I know anyone who admits to this theory but I'm sure they are out there!
I was reading today in Genesis 1 (the beginning...always a good place to start) and a few verses jumped out at me which, in myhumble totally right opinion nix the aforementioned philosophy:

Genesis 1:11-12
1:11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth: and it was so.

Genesis 1:24:
1:24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after its kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after its kind: and it was so.

God Almighty, in the first chapter of your Bible and mine, let it be known that a rose was always a rose and a turtle was always a turtle.
What a blessing to find truth waiting in the open--
Wisdom shouts in the street, She lifts her voice in the square!
